What are the payment methods?
You can pay online by credit card or contact us if you wish to pay by interac transfer. It is not possible to pay on delivery.
Are the prices displayed taxable?
All of our meals are not taxable. The price displayed is therefore the final price. Only desserts are taxable.
How are meals prepared?
You just need to reheat them in the microwave or conventional oven. You can also let them thaw in the fridge before heating them up but we suggest going from the freezer to the microwave directly. All indications are provided on the product label. It is important to read the instructions carefully to avoid overheating food, which will dry out and make it less tasty.
What is the shelf life of cooked meals?
Since meals are frozen, there is no expiration date as such. However, products stored in a standard freezer (at home) have a shelf life of about 3 months. After 3 months, they are still safe to eat, but the taste of the food may be altered.

What is the minimum quantity to order?

When is the delivery and how do we receive the products?
Our deliveries are made during the week, from Tuesday to Thursday between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. for all of Quebec. We always confirm a delivery date with you by phone. Saveurs Santé's Factory
The Saveurs Santé plant is located in L'Assomption. With an area of 10,000 square feet, we have three processing departments whose infrastructure meets the standards set by the MAPAQ (Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food). We also have a research and development and quality control laboratory. Our factory is under provincial inspection.
