How it works

2. We confirm
Email confirmation with your delivery date within 24 to 36 business hours.
3. We prepare
Your meals are packed in an insulated box that maintains the cold chain.
4. You receive
Delivered to your door within 3 to 7 business days following confirmation.

No signature required. Your box is left at your door in its insulated thermal packaging.

Why a $150 minimum?
Our meals are frozen. To ensure they arrive in optimal condition — still perfectly frozen — our insulated box must be sufficiently filled.
A full box = an unbroken cold chain throughout transport, no matter the distance.

What happens if I’m not home?
No problem. The insulated box is designed to maintain the cold chain for several hours. Just let us know a safe location when you place your order.
Can I choose my delivery day?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with the scheduled date. If it doesn’t work for you, contact us to adjust it (subject to availability).
Will my meals thaw during transport?
No. Our insulated packaging and minimum order requirement ensure your meals arrive still frozen.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
We deliver throughout Quebec and Eastern Ontario, with the exception of certain regions in Northern Quebec and Eastern Ontario. To confirm, contact us at 1-877-589-8998 #101 or at [email protected].
What if my order arrives damaged?
